12:00 PM         Lunch- Across the street at Grandma’s Resturant (Break into RAC groups and discuss Quick Screen proposals)

 

1:00 PM           Public Forum: Comments/questions from the public to the committee.

2:00 PM           Discussion- RAC groups discuss Quick Screen Process (if needed)

 

2:30 PM           RAC goes through projects proposed under Quick Screen Process
