Meeting Location: Idaho Counties Risk Management Program Building

Note- We will be meeting in the ICRMP basement since the boardroom was reserved for others.

 

10:30 AM        Welcome, Meeting Objectives, and Agenda Review, 

 (David Whaley, RAC Chairperson)

 

10:45 AM        Review and Approval of August 2007 meeting minutes

                        Approval of RAC Expenses (D), (Doug Gochnour, DFO)

 

10:55 AM        Display of Plaque for Phil Davis (Doug Gochnour)

 

11:00 AM        Review of Project Proposals that made it through the first screen

·        (We will take them in numerical order unless there is a guest who needs a specific time.  Each project will be reviewed quickly, 3-5 minutes each and allow RAC to ask questions)

 

12:00 PM         Lunch –          

 

 

1:00 PM           Public Forum: Comments/questions from the public to the committee.

                        (David Whaley, RAC Chairperson)

 

1:15 PM           Review of Project Proposals (Continued)

        

2:00 PM           RAC Discussion and potential modification of projects

 

2:30 PM           RAC breaks into its three groups and ranks the 29 projects (29-1, with 29 being the most important and 1 being the least)

 

3:30 PM           Doug adds up points from each of the three groups (like we did last year).  Highest points will be funded first, projects with fewer points will be standby projects. (DR)

 

4:00 PM           Adjourn and Thank you!

During the fall- Doug and Kimberly will prepare the agreements for David Whaley and the Forest Supervisor signatures.

(DR)= Decision requiring quorum and majority of each Sub Group for approval
