10:30 AM        Welcome, Meeting Objectives, and Agenda Review

                                    (Phil Davis, RAC Chairperson)

 

10:45 AM        Review and Approval of September 15 meeting minutes (D),

                        Approval of RAC Expenses (D), RAC funding balance update,

                        And Project Log update. (Doug Gochnour, DFO)

 

11:00 AM        Dust Abatement discussion.  Determine how RAC wants to entertain

proposals, (criteria?).  This will be a general discussion, not specific to a            particular proposal.  (Phil Davis, Chairperson)

 

12:00 PM         Lunch (Lunch provided for RAC members), Discussion with Andy Brunnelle.  (Status of reappointments, Oregon trip, reauthorization of legislation, and if another RAC workshop in Reno is needed next spring).

 

1:00 PM           Public Forum: Comments/questions from the public to the committee.

1:15 PM           RAC Discussion- Application Expectations (In the event that Andy can’t make the lunch discussion, this topic will be moved to lunch)

 

2:15 PM           Review of Project Proposals (D/DR)

·        05001- Southern Valley County, Snowmobile Map

·        05002- Paradise Valley Road Surfacing

·        05003- Lightning Protection, East Mtn. Communication Site

·        05004- Landmark Airfield Rehabilitation

·        05005- Yellow Pine SST’s (Sweet Smelling Toilet)

·        05006- YCC Program- Cascade RD

·        05007- Kline Mtn. Road Restoration

These seven projects are from the Cascade RD and are in their priority for RAC consideration.  If we run out of time, the remaining ones will wait until future RAC meetings.
