Dear Southwest Idaho RAC Member:
Enclosed are the minutes from the February meeting of the Southwest Idaho Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) meeting, and the agenda for the March meeting of the RAC. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20, starting at 10:30 a.m. in the Board of Directors’ Room (3rd floor) of the Idaho Counties Risk Management Program Building (ICRMP), located at 3100 South Vista Avenue in Boise, next to the Airport Holiday Inn. A working lunch is planned, with lunch and soft drinks provided. You can bring a brown bag lunch if you prefer.
You can be reimbursed for travel expenses associated with the meeting, including mileage. In order to be reimbursed you will need to provide the following documentation (this can be turned in at the meeting):
- Start/end times of travel,
- Mileage to/from the meeting, and
- Lodging receipt
